Custom Items

Please note customized items are non refundable.   Please contact with us if there is problem with your order.

Cancellations may be made 24 hours after purchase, for a full refund with the exemption of custom items.

In order for refund to be received for non custom items which have been revived by the client,the item must be returned the same condition.  The return must take place 7 from date of receipt.

Please note custom orders have 3 day processing timeline before they are shipped out.

All other orders ship the same day once placed for before 2 pm.
